Our Collaboration
Following a difficult event that impacted many people in their community, Limor and Michele co-facilitated process groups to help parents have a safe space to heal. These groups encouraged busy working parents to attune to their emotions, build resilience, and connect with one another. The success of these groups inspired the creation of WorkWell Consulting, which expanded in scope to offer leadership development and specialized wellness services in corporate settings.

“Investing in Grubhub's employees' well-being through the Mental Wellness and Stress Management workshop has proven to be invaluable for the company. The feedback from the employees has been overwhelmingly positive. The workshop provided practical tools and insights that have fostered a more supportive and understanding work environment. Grubhub recommends this program to any organization looking to prioritize the mental health and resilience of their workforce.”

"As a parent navigating the demands of work and family, I found the Wellbeing webinar to be exceptionally valuable. WorkWell Consulting not only offered general tips, like remembering to pause and breathe, but they also provided a fresh perspective on how to apply these strategies within a parenting context. Their 3-part course promises a comprehensive approach to thriving in all areas of life, which is very appealing."

"During one of the most emotionally challenging times our community has faced, Limor and Michele created a space of understanding, healing, and support for parents navigating uncertainty, stress, and deep emotions. Their process group was more than just a gathering—it was a sanctuary where we could express our fears, share our struggles, and find strength in community.”

I participated in a processing group led by Michele and Limor, and I must admit, I was initially hesitant to attend. I'm so grateful I decided to go. The group was incredibly well-facilitated, and I felt truly validated and understood in a way I hadn’t in a long time. Michele and Limor each bring such unique perspectives, and their clinical approaches complement each other perfectly. The experience was like a breath of fresh air after feeling like I’d been underwater for a long time.
